A: No. All of our home fragrance products are vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients, and our oils are never tested on animals.
Q: Are your fragrances safe?
A: We only use high-quality fragrance oils that are IFRA-compliant. This means they’re safe for home use in wax melts, sprays and other products when used as directed.

A: In addition to our recyclable clamshells, we use minimal packaging, and wherever possible we choose recycled and recyclable materials to keep our footprint small
Q: Why soy wax instead of paraffin?
A: Soy wax is natural, sustainable, biodegradable and renewable, making it better for the environment. It also provides a cleaner burn and longer-lasting fragrance throw
Q: How fast is delivery?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size of your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your parcel has shipped. Please allow extra time during peak seasons (Christmas, sales, etc.).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding delivery options in the futur
Q: What is your returns and refunds policy?
A: We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue with your products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used wax melts or opened home fragrance items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund. Please email us with your order number and photos so we can put things right quickly.
